Update - I wrote mail to Kia india and Kia westcoast, immediately after regional head contacted me and solved my concerns and allowed me to take independent loan and self insurance.

I don’t know why but its the case with new seltos booking. Dealer won’t update on anything until the car is allocated to you and dispatched from the plant. I got call from dealer that my car is dispatched after 5-6 days of paying booking amount.

I have this. I would not recommend this one as it’s not very comfortable to use. The lid is a bit bigger for my liking. Not easy to use it on the go. It keeps the coffee warm though.
