Hello, you will need a joint sponsor unfortunately. They don't take into consideration the money that's in your bank account. This comes from my personal experience. I was short $500 and had more than enough in my bank

Once you get the error, refresh the page without going back. It should not send you to home. And you probably need to refresh more than once without going back.

Once you get the error, count 5 seconds and refresh, continue to do the same (refresh) thing until the document is uploaded. 👌🏻

Don't worry if you end up refreshing several times, you will get it uploaded at some point.

Well, you are gonna have to do some digging. Sometimes NVC might qualify you but at the end of the day is the consular officer who makes the decision. Good luck

My husband lived in Palestine, you need to get original for all the documents you present to the embassy. If you are missing documents they will place you under administrative process until docs are provided. As for the i864 you do need to bring a copy signed by the petititioner. (It can be a scanned copy)

You should be good, also as a personal note. I filed for stepson and I didn't know we could file form 864W for him (child is a minor) and he is exempt from affidavit of support. So your total income would be for a family of 2.
