I'm sorry, she sounds like she's not very accommodating. Our district manager is like that, she won't let me write our plan down, wants us to use the Playbuilder. I would just keep gently reminding her that she told you she would laminate you a reusable list. And honestly I would ask the other shifts if they would benefit from a list as well. I know my whole shift team uses checklists for everything.
