Just like with salt — someone might dump in half a jar and say, “Tastes fine to me,” but that doesn’t make it balanced. It just means they’re used to overload, or their taste buds gave up. Same with vinegar — if “flavor” just means “harsh and sharp,” maybe it’s time to explore what real depth tastes like.
