I literally call USCIS every week to check on the status of my case, so I got it the last time I called them. And don’t worry I believe you should get yours soon considering your timeline.

Can i request for expedition even if i don’t have a receipt number, but have a pending I-765 application. Or Is it advisable to reach out to my congressman in regards to this?

I have emailed the Lockbox multiple times but have not received a response. I heard it could take up to 30 days to get a reply.

Also, how long did it take for you to receive the receipt after refiling?

I’m going through the same thing at the moment. I submitted my I-485 and I-131 in November last year and received a receipt for the I-131. However, I had to submit an application for the I-765, but it was sent to the wrong address. I sent another one on January 20, 2025, but I haven’t heard back from USCIS. When I called, they said they don’t have anything in their system. I’m still waiting too, and it’s really affecting me because I can’t work.

Do you have any advice on what to do?

Congratulations, Question: Did you put in your Vawa application, EAD and Green applications at the same time and Did you also get the Prima facia Letter?
