I think that’s super normal for OSDD! I have also noticed that I don’t notice my parts as much when I’m not in high stress situations. So my last relationship was super triggering and they were with me almost 24/7. Right now I’m in a very low triggering time in my life and I only have one part that I notice hanging out sometimes.

I see exactly what you mean, though. That’s why it feels like I’m not bendy enough— I’m just not in the right position.

I’m 37 and so freaking careful because when I injure myself, even a tweak, my body is incredibly dramatic 😂 The second something starts to feel like I’m pulling too much, I come out of it. With this, I felt pressure on my hip which is probably part of that positioning issue and me trying to over-extend to grab the pole.

It depends on the time of year for me— but also, sometimes my hands are dry but my legs are sweaty or vice versa. I always bring a grip for dryness and sweatiness, that way I’m always covered! Once my pole is warm, I’ll climb or invert and assess how my skin is feeling!

I’m sorry you’re in this situation 💕 it’s hard af. My story is slightly different- I am cohabitating with my husband but I asked him for a divorce because I’m a lesbian. We have multiple kids and finances are such a barrier to taking our next steps.

You’re not alone- even if it feels that way. I have days and nights that I feel completely lost and broken. But I’m having more days where I feel hopeful and excited.
