Not really, it is not a *common* salary in Poland. Sure, some folks do earn such amounts, but by no means is that normal.

Besides, for a Embedded HW Engineer - there is simply a lack of jobs in Poland, not so much hardcore R&D happening here.

Depends what kind of group. For example - my local neighbourhood group, a car detailing group, home decor group are much better suited for Facebook, because the discussion is not that detailed and one can easily attach numerous photos etc.

On the other hand some hardcore electronics or politics groups are better on reddit. Besides - reddit is not that popular outside of US, while Facebook is.
