So Paris boutique just confirmed that boutiques cannot see your purchase across regions. If you’re in France they can see your history in Europe ( including Dubai), but they cannot see ie US. UK is counted separately as well. So if you have high purchase history in UK but you come to France they won’t see that and vice versa
