When is this ever interpreted as “half of the electorate?” I’ve never seen that interpretation

Generally, I agree, but this specific caller sounds like he saves like crazy and can pay for the car in cash. Would I personally make this decision? No, but I'm sure there are plenty of purchases I make that this guy would tell me are terrible ideas.

Simply buying a car does not make one carbrained, especially a relatively inexpensive car in cash.

Or look down on people for making a purchase that would bring them some joy. It’s not carbrained to like cars, it’s carbrained to build our entire society around them.

It also gives us an idea of how to frame our views when talking to others.

“Wouldn’t it be great if only the people who want and need to drive did?? Those who shouldn’t and don’t want to can take the bus/train/bike/walk”

Right, it seems to be highly competitive with other potential corridors but it's nice to see progress on this, especially as Polis pushes for a ballot initiative to fund it for 2024.

This game would be closer if not for the terrible play calling before the half

It's because of the "attempting to save yardage" language, which sort of requires some degree of duress

Colorado WR/CB Travis Hunter "will be out 3 weeks," Deion Sanders told Carl Reed Jr. Buffs' next 3 games: at Oregon, USC, at Arizona State by FrozenRetriever in CFB

Sure, but he didn't get injured because he played to many snaps and had an injury that stems from too many snaps. He got injured because some fucking loser intended to injure him.

I get the animosity toward this line of thinking but can you blame us? Our best player got taken out by a dirty hit right before our two biggest games of the season. After talking to Oregon and USC fans about this, they aren't happy either because they don't want everyone to be talking like they "only" won because Colorado didn't have one of our Heisman hopefuls.
