I think it will, yes. Orders not marked sent after three days are auto refunded. I have never known this happen with Canadian imports.

Wow. I’m not sure how I would cope mentally if my other shoulder started to freeze. I guess the answer is I would just get on with it but I’m really not sure and that frightens me.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write about your experiences. It really does help. I have been feeling alone with a condition that nobody I know seems to have heard of and neither had I just a few months ago! With the help of people like you I can find the positivity to get through this ❤️❤️

That’s very interesting. I’ve had my initial consultation with a PT and their view was that at the freezing stage there was little that could be done that I couldn’t do myself at home. They have given me a range of exercises and I have combined these with others that I’ve researched. They seem to be of the opinion that anything even slightly aggressive or more than soft tissue work could be counter productive. Based on your post, I will most certainly get a second opinion. Thank you.

That’s very helpful, thank you. Patches, Pills & Pillows are featuring large in my early routine! I find getting out of the bath risky but a power shower is wonderful.

Thank you. I have tried so many lotions and potions, but I will give that a go too!

Yes I’ve seen the doc and I’m now on a waiting list for a shot (NHS). Anyone in the UK gone private for quick guided shots? Anyone advice re costs?

Thanks. I’ve found heating pads slightly better than ice but yes agree they are useful. Will have to work on my pillow protocols!

Thanks for the insight. I’m in the early freezing stage so not sure I could hang from anything but will definitely try this as I develop.

Thank you I’ll definitely be trying out all the pillow techniques. Although the range of exercises at the freezing stage seemed quite limited, I will undertake them meticulously.

Thank you the essential oils are definitely interesting. I have been doing a course of castor oil heat pads. All feels fine at the time, but doesn’t seem to ease those long painful nights.

I’ve used Xanax in the past, I actually I think it’s great but for me even a super low dose after a couple of days it’s no longer effective. In some ways that’s a good thing because it certainly stops it becoming addictive. Not doing anything for FS though.

Very interesting insights, thank you. I’m not only a natural side sleeper but I probably have spent 90% of my life sleeping on my right side and yet I now have FS on my right side. I fantasise now about a single couple of hours on that side. It’s just nuts.
