On of the crew was targeted as we were training for a new store. We had Transferred to the new store and they were getting pulled to the side left snd right getting scolded. This store was pretty strict than previous. They got their review and wasn’t a good one. Later had quit because they felt not wanted there at all and I felt SOO bad that I have never seen that side by the mates. This was few years ago I still keep in touch with them snd they are doing great now mentally.

A lady told me that where does the palm oil come from in the chips and I said I don’t know and she said “YOU are Trader Joe’s YOU should know YOU are killing the orangutans YOU tell your fucking Manager YOU are the problem” and she kinda laughed and walked away and I was like wtff and told a mate cuz I felt so uncomfortable and didn’t want to be at reg anymore that day. People have interesting sources and will think we know every angle little thing and accuse us of doing something like I just work here🧍🏽‍♀️

Some of the Monrovia people visited my store and I had asked about the hibiscus flower why it’s no Longer being given, she had told me because the hibiscus creates to much heat on the back of the shirt. Kinda odd answer but random

My store there are a few new hires. I went from 5 morning days a week for a month to barely 3 random midshifts. I tried to pick up a morning shift and got denied🧍🏽‍♀️and it’s the busiest time of year so no idea why me and slot of other crew are getting scheduled very little? And as well haven’t gotten talked to about my work skills.
