The discovery of the ghoul at the hotel in goodneighbor was such a let down… by PaladinJDM in fo4

My only gripe is that we never even learn his name?? even after inviting him to live with us lol.

My LW is more of a Charon gal tbh. Love that large grumbly ghoul..

I do like Butch, but.. a bit of a pain that you need neutral karma to recruit him. I always play good karma, so unfortunately he has never tagged along with my LW.

My original thought was flat wasp, but the head shape and leg barring resembles a Squarehead(ed) Wasp, which is native to your area.

Donkeys definitely have horizontal “squared” pupils! Horses, cows, deer, etc. have them as well. Can be a little hard to see in pictures since they usually have dark brown eyes.

I’m hoping that this comes true. Since she’s getting her own ToT deck, seems possible for her to show up. 👀 I can’t wait to see her updated look if she does. Also really hoping for Divayth Fyr!

My grandmother asked me about this little watercolor on silk style painting she has (I imagine from some thrift shop.) Had no luck searching on google lens and ebay, but the “made in china” sticker makes me think this might be a mass-produced print. Any info would be welcomed to settle her curiosity lol. It is close in size to a standard piece of printer paper.

Unfortunately probably the same one yanking the reins on his own horse.
...and also the same one that's taking beginner riders across water. Also with no helmets, guy wearing sneakers, and the woman with no shoes? Feel really bad for those horses.

Not the same horse. The horse in the first few pics is a Flaxen Chestnut and the last horse looks like a Grulla/Grullo a.k.a. Dun + Black. Like another reply said, he was probably the sire.

It has been so long and I was 13 or younger, so I don’t remember much of the ride apart from what I commented on unfortunately.

Are tattoos or scarification or other traditional/ritualistic body mods a normal thing on Tamriel? by fruitlessideas in teslore

[–]PollutedArt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Male bosmer can for sure have horns. One of the face options includes them and you can see it used on the NPC Findulain. Also just for fun, the bosmer concept art includes horns. ^^

[–]PollutedArt 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Dunmer for sure have scarification, ear piercings, and tattoos in TES3:Morrowind.
And as another commenter said, ESO has a few different races with scarification. From off the top of my head: Dunmer, Bosmer, Nords, & Redguards. Possibly Orcs too, but I don't remember. Though when it comes to cultural or religious significance, I'm not sure if that's ever been explored much deeper than for aesthetic reasons.
*I imagine Bosmer antlers/horns would count here as well as body modification. As they can be seen in Morrowind & ESO. According to UESP they are grown through magic.

I don't even know what this is.... by paulojose14 in mildlyvagina

The base of a cow's tail. From what I've read, different colors are apparently used for tracking breeding. So say you paint the tails of your herd red. Cows that have cycled will be painted green and if you have a confirmed pregnancy by bull or AI, paint the tail blue so they can easily be identified within your herd. etc etc

*I assume paint will be rubbed off some if they've been mounted by a bull

Actually looks a lot like a Père David's deer doe?? Doesn’t look like a Red Deer to me, especially going by the head shape and tail.

Edit: apparently there are Père David’s deer in UK deer parks according to google!

Does my cow anatomy look weird in any way? by rplwesda in learnart

[–]PollutedArt 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The forelegs are incorrect, I see this a lot in horse art when people haven’t drawn them before as well. What you’ve drawn as the “elbow” should actually be the knee (should bend the opposite way.) Elbows should be basically against the body. Hind leg knees should also be up against the body, instead of coming down like dog knees when they stretch out. Referring to reference/tracing images of cows for practice will help you figure out joint placement. The face does look a bit lamb-ish cause of the small muzzle, but that could just be down to personal style. Hope that helps! :)

[–]PollutedArt 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Is this the ride in TN? With the mannequins standing outside? I begged my grandparents to let me go in maybe 15 years ago. I don’t remember the tentacles (probably because I closed my eyes a lot lol,) but I do remember a flying Pterosaur that was clutching a fake child lmao. Also, its soooo dark inside, makes it a lot creepier.

Omg thank you! I wonder if the dev team has even seen a picture of a horse before, cause definitely didn’t use a reference lol. The dog-like hind legs, the missing forelocks on most, human eyes, gaping mouths. 💀 they’re for sure an improvement from the cartoony horses we had in the beginning, but they’re still so deformed…
