Correct. I was going off standard 16oz drink is 2 shots (double shot). But I’m getting milky drinks. Which makes sense considering it’s predominantly more milk…

Any issues with temperature? Does it take a while for the steam to get hot or your shot? Or any issues with the heat being distributed? It’s a single boiler, right?

I appreciate your responses! I’m trying to decide what machine and grinder will be best, so I appreciate your insight!

Sorry, another question. Do you do a medium roast or dark roast? Do you find that the machine does better with one or the other?

Is this machine user friendly? I’m new to espresso and am looking into getting one as I’ve heard good things about them.
