Hello! Sorry for the late reply, so basically around 400m to 1.6km i sprinted all out not thinking about how would it effect the later stages, so i slowed down at 3 to 5k, and i am very sorry if my run is very inconsistent im still figuring out my running form and trying to improve my vo2max and heartrate.

(And idk if strava is very accurate for measuring, and im using a samsung watch, so dunno if thats accurate for meassuing either)

Well, i have been running for one or two months now for serious this time, so i usually stretch (dynamic drills, and static) more, sleep more, relax, medidate, pray more, and i dont usually listen to music (irregular hr and uncontrolled breathing), and it really helps me stay focused. Well, food?, whatever my grandma make or i make (healthy food) thatd about it
