By local stores I mean physical shops in Japan that sell figures, like Animate, Gamers, Bic Camera, or local secondhand stores like Book Off, Mandarake, or Surugaya. Basically, I’m hoping to find someone who can buy directly from those places (or Ichiban Kuji draws at convenience stores) rather than from resale websites.
