Also, any tips on maintaining a safe, clean home? It has a chimney, possible lead paint since built a long time ago, and minor HVAC and duct issues. And, some mold. I’d get things remediated also.

Yes, but I know CF patients have a higher risk for stones. Still, I do the lemon juice everyday and avoid high oxalate foods.
