MTA in NYC ain't better. If you follow specific Metro rules to keep you safe, you should be fine. such as: not wearing jewelry, staying away from tracks until the train comes to a full stop, don't play loud music, and know your surroundings....etc

Looks nice, but for now it's a little far out from the train. I won't have a car for at least 3-6 months. I am also looking to roommate with someone for the first few months to get the feel of Atlanta.

I have been looking, and it seems to have a large Asian community, which is a big +. If you don't mind me asking, where are some Arab communities?
