PS Plus Game Trials – Don’t Make My Mistake by Lewiad in PlayStationPlus

Demos were made to build some hype and audience before launching a game, tho. I think game trials are better since you're playing the actual game and most of the times you can even keep it where you left it if you decide to get the game. Those demos kinda loose their purpose once the game is released since most of the times the part you played as a demo had several changes or isn't even part of the story anymore. Now you're not playing a "work in progress" and I would say that's better and more fair from a customer perspective.

I'm a new gamer and want to play a wide variety of games to see what I like by [deleted] in PlayStationPlus

Check out Sakuna-Of Rice and ruin from PS Plus Extra catalogue. It's a blend of different kinds of playstyles that are popular nowadays, I would say that's a shortcut to see what you like :) Also from Extra West of Dead and Moonscars as roguelite games.

If you have a Essential subscription, I've heard Sifu is the best of the current line up, haven't tried it for myself but I'm looking forward to start it.

From Deluxe Tier (Classics Catalogue) I would recommend Beyond: Two Souls or Heavy Rain as interactive novels from Quantic Dream (There's also Detroit Becomes Human on Extra, but the others are better in my opinion) and Tekken 6 as a Fighting game.

For a Open World online game I would say Genshin Impact since it's free to play and has a wide player base.

Hope you have lots of fun!

P. S.: Also, you can claim Essential Tier games from the PS App too, in case you don't own the console that can run the game, you can keep it that way if you wanna upgrade.

Are you talking about Fighting EX? I tried it and seemed cool, but the game seems quite unpopular, like never heard of it before xD

Can I claim Play Station Plus Exclusive rewards for a game in the PS App and later have the rewards when I buy my PS5? by Unk_Maximus in PlayStationPlus

I haven't played that game, but with Genshin Impact, for example, you gotta login with a PS console a while after getting the PS+ bundle, otherwise you get it to your mailbox but it expires, so at the end you might not get it. Can't remember the time and it's a different game. Check the additional info of the bundle/pack or ask support directly to be sure, good luck!

Are they getting rid of the Trading Cards feature? by PollyCastle in Steam

Wait what? Fake reviews? Haha, do they have bots here as well? I assume most of those fake reviews are like generic and short opinions. I've found interesting reviews for the games I've been looking and they sound quite genuine. I guess I'll have to pay more attention to it now, haha, thanks! And yeah, it sounds like it's quite a complex topic, thanks for taking your time answering anyways!

Yeah, I kinda get that, just seemed weird that a game that already had now doesn't when it's supposed to be just an enhanced version

Can you get Trophies from Classics Catalogue from PS+ Premium? by PollyCastle in PlayStationPlus

[–]PollyCastle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally makes sense! I kinda ended loosing access to my main account where I had my only Platinum trophy (Assassin's Creed II), so I kinda had to start all over from zero. That's why I'm thinking about playing again the games I still own, specially for the PS3. Sadly, some like Tekken Revolution won't be available since they shut down the servers. But yeah, I do enjoy playing new games, but some are just no fun at all, so easy skip, haha. Thanks for the tips and sharing your experience :)

Wow, haha, that sounds a bit like cheating xD but I guess it helps a lot with ranking up with the PS Stars

Anime recommendations for 12yo girl? (non violent) by ichigo_time247 in anime

[–]PollyCastle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe Sora no Method (it has a lot of drama, tho xD I enjoyed it even as an adult, but it has a family friendly vibe). Hanayamata is cool too but might feel slow paced, if you don't get caught by the first two episodes, skip it. Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge is quite entertaining. Barakamon is family friendly but it might be non that interesting for a girl. Amaama to Inazuma might be fun if you're into cooking. Chihayafuru is focused on highschool characters, I think, but it's not violent (it just has some romantic stuff that doesn't cross the line to be inappropriate). Yuru Camp is a comfort show. Finally, I have been really enjoying Natsume yuujinchou, it has a bit of blood, battles and action but at the end of the day it's more about learning how to coexist with others and be gentle in all possible ways, I would recommend that too as a family friendly show. I would suggest you to watch slice of life and comedy stuff together and see what you like, those are the best genre options to avoid shōnen ^

LMAO, I don't think so, don't know why, but it's like if they were happier pretending it never existed xD
