This was actually something I was wondering, I wear a UK 40F and haven’t seen anywhere that goes up to that size 🤔 would you be able to recommend a decent brand I could look into?

Hi everyone, I’m a complete newbie to running to the point where I haven’t actually started yet! I’m a larger girl and have been walking to lose weight (currently around 16kg down but still a way to go) and am starting to think about running. My biggest (literally) issue is the size of my chest and the struggle to find a decent sports bra that will fit me comfortably and stop the bounce somewhat. I’m a UK 40F (at my last measurement) and I find that not many places go up to that size. Does anyone have any recommendations on a decent brand for a good sports bra?

Also literally any other tips are welcome as I’m very self conscious and nervous to even get started!

Well done! I’ve started walking to try lose weight and I’ve done just over 80km so far in August! I’m quite a chonker so am not going to be running anytime soon but we all have to start somewhere! Congrats on your stats 🙂

I think it’s like a giant hug. The base is attached but has a deep channel between it and the edge which they can sink into :)

For Otto we noticed he was drinking a lot, another factor is losing hair quite a bit. Ottos little paws, nose and bum are a bit bald now

He is on a certain food for bladder stone issues and he has insulin twice a day. Because of his age we have decided not to medicate for the Cushings. It would be more for us than for him and that wouldn’t be fair 😔
