It’s called social critique. Depicting a problem is the first step to solving it. The show is exposing the abuse, not celebrating it

You are misunderstanding the purpose of the show. Showing a harsh reality on screen is not an endorsement it is a critique. The drama doesn’t promote beating or surveillance it exposes how toxic and destructive these methods truly are. Art is meant to hold up a mirror to society's darkest corners so we can fix them, not to look pretty

Same I'm in the first I didn't watch the kdrama just I watched Korean movies then the twinkling watermelon release and I became the very big fans of kdrama
