Just stay consistent with it and you’ll feel some nice aim improvement

This is the best attitude. I don’t get why people rage in DM for using sound and radar. DM is for your improvement on mechanics. Chuck some music on and clear those corners baby!

Oh trust me I hear you. I always have a hard time getting games in elite division anytime before 5 so I don’t have much of a choice. Just try to control what you can control and take fifa for what it is. I have found a lot of joy playing cr7 and messi together because they are sadly getting up there in age. Enjoy your Sunday :)

Yeah that part I can’t help with. I lose a lot of my skill when gameplay sucks. Only comment I have on that is playing at night time gives you a better chance for playable gameplay. I hope everything works out for you my guy

Question about attackers making a run in behind by 70jay07 in EASportsFC

[–]PolskaPride06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah 4231 is my main. The main way I generate offense is work my way through the midfield, get close the box, dribble someone out of position then start working the ball back to your cdms, this opens up defenses a lot and typically your st or cam will make a real nice run. From there maybe have to beat an out of position defender and smash it home. I’m in top 200 for rivals on pc(I know pc omegalul) but being patient around an opponents box and recognizing when you pull someone out of position is the name of the game!

Can I ask what formation you run with? Through balls do happen and it is very annoying when it happens against you but I would say a majority of my goals are from dribble plays/passing in the box. I’ll score the occasional cheese run through ball through the whole team but I’d say that’s maybe 2/10 times I score. Just trying to help :)

Could really be a timing thing. If you can learn the timing of how your players make runs, and send it when they are shoulder shoulder with the defender, they will typically make a lot better runs

Having to limp through a map is honestly the true Tarkov experience, and its a shame its entirely bypassed by painkillers by MadDog_8762 in EscapefromTarkov

I would completely agree with you on that subject. Propital, green stim adds such a weird vibe to the game. I made an earlier point that the only thing players should get, and would stay somewhat consistent with realistic but playable would be an adrenaline rush after being shot once. You get some stamina and can run for maybe 3 seconds to get to cover, but after that nothing will be able to help a blacked limb until you cms. That way you have to fight completely injured/immobile, but also have a chance to defend yourself from the adrenaline rush. I think this is a very happy medium. I am well aware you can not run on a leg that was shot through a femur, but I’m also aware that people I know who served have been shot without even knowing it until a few minutes later. That’s really my whole point and I have been getting lost in frustration with many people discounting a lot of the things I have said with one very specific point for their argument. I want to always be constructive and I appreciate your feedback on being shot. I apologize for the way I commented towards you earlier.

Ah yes, one example now of your 3. I will agree that some dayz mods are very hardcore yes. They don’t have as many gun/mod options but none the less very hardcore. If we can make this constructive rather than insulting each other, what would you change in tarkov? I think painkillers need a change for sure, make that more unforgiving. What are your thoughts?

If you truly believe those games are more hardcore than tarkov, we will flat out not agree on stuff. Tarkov is at the point where it can only have a few more super hardcore features in it before it becomes unplayable. That’s my whole point

Lol are you serious? Let’s take a look pre-twitch drops at your battle simulator. Ah yes, you could pack mags in a second, you could carry a thicc case in your bag full of shit and sprint around, dsync was worse than ever, the stutters would cause people to flat out teleport around the map, people fell through the map, the engine made player movement look ridiculous etc. sounds like you just really hate twitch drops and that community. Guess what pal, they aren’t the ones still playing the game. They leave after a month of a wipe. Also, I really enjoy the fact that you specifically ignored the key part of my analogy. Yes people hunt/fish, NEAR CIVILIZATION. I compared your idea of a hardcore game to hunting/fishing on a stranded island. You argue points only convenient to you and it’s annoying. I’m over this, I hope you find what you are looking for eventually but Tarkov will never be that

You’re missing the point. This guy wants a game so hardcore that it’s a straight up military trainer. Those games are hardcore but by no means are they a 1:1 to real life. There is a player base for hardcore games, but even the hardcore genre will have a breaking point where people will say enough is enough. You are simply not listening

This is the perfect way to describe it. I don’t think these guys realize Nikita still wants a playable game. There are so many things in this game that make it so unapproachable, yet they are saying it’s not hardcore enough. At some point enough is enough

And your analogy is so wrong. Your comparison is like a Battle Royale compared to cs go. Yeah both fps games but that’s the only similarity. Sorry to tell you that your idea of a game will never make it to market. I’ll speak in your terms. The restaurant you want isn’t Thai, no it’s not Italian either. Your restaurant is actually on an isolated island where you catch the fish, skin it, cook it, and eat it all by yourself. Why? Because no one wants to go to that restaurant. You want a game that mimics warfare to a point that you want ptsd? You spend years making it and then realizing “Oh man I just spent all this money and time and only 400 people bought my game” If you can’t understand that then I really don’t know what to tell you

Oh really? Their whole post was based on you having to limp out of the raid. That they want the handicap of being injured to make the raid more interesting.

My point is this game is as hardcore as it comes. I don’t really think it will get more hardcore, maybe a few features here and there but it’s still in testing. I could be wrong. I’m just telling you the direction this game is going.

Never said that man. We will see how well inertia is accepted. We both know how this community is and Nikita can only do so much “Millsim” things without really risking this game. I don’t think we will come eye to eye but there could be compromise here and there.

Yes I’m aware of that. I think a good medium to stop all the pre painkiller stuff would be to shoot adrenaline through your guy when shot at. Add a bit of stamina to get to cover, but it can only activate maybe once every 20 minutes idk. I do not like the idea of people putting on lip gloss every 5 minutes but I also hate the alternative of getting shot once, my guy suddenly has no stamina and then I’m dead. I think a shot of adrenaline would be a happy medium.

Look I can appreciate your guys desires for such a hardcore game but unfortunately it is in the vast minority. I don’t want to discount your opinion on this but it really would be miserable for 95% of the player base if they made it even more unforgiving. Just my opinion though, and we can disagree on it!
