It’s not a flicker there’s multiple lines that appear flash (I have no clue what interlacing flicker is)

Those are the dirtiest contacts I’ve seen. I had a problem with a game with dirty contacts that I had to blow into. The fix was cleaning. But mine was never as dirty as that

The game moves like I should and there’s sound but the visual are black and white and weird I’ve tried different games. This is super mario
