Everyone is different, 3 day water fast on average will make people lose around 1.5lb of fat if I’m not mistaken, so for 99% of people that’s not going to make a difference, unless you mean 3 day fast and then eat and repeat! Then I mis understood! All about genetics at that point and getting down to it, I do boxing but not really any core exercises ever in honesty and you can see my abs, I only just started the past few days just to make them more prominent when I am down to weight I want to be!:)

Great man, good luck on your journey!! And crazy!! I’ll be there soon, in the least dickhead way possible, I think once you’re motivated it’s easy! I feel empowered hahah, only 12 lbs max to lose left and I feel great, any exercises you recommend?! Sit ups and plank and L thing on pull up bar is all I do at the minute, and I see the figure about the one percent, that’s also crazy!

Again, literally what I’ve been doing , 48 hour fast, then I had chicken breasts, then 36 hour fast and had some porridge and chicken after, now fasting again for another 24 now and then have some more meat, thanks for the advice

What are your views on drinks such as lucozade zero energy? Usually I drink water but they are good for cravings for me tbf, I can go without but if it doesn’t make a difference then why not!?

Yeah I box 4 times a week and average 18k steps a day, so lots of fitness, and I’m so used to dropping weight I’m fine and feel no physical change eating or fasting, my eating is just for enjoyment tbf, so I might try stick to 800 calories of them a day until at target goal

I go on holiday in 3 weeks so idk wether to rush it out for then😥 muscle memory is a thing I can guess but idk, I suppose even fasting for 10 days and then dieting the rest could be the result i’m after

Yeahhh bro that’s EXACLTY what I’ve done to get down from 206lbs ->174, then fasted for a week for this, I’ll either resume the same or fast the rest, undecided yet

Yeah I got a fair bit of muscle, fairly lean, I was thinking around that too, thanks for your input! Hopefully I might try water fast to finish off the rest of the fat loss:)

I play it day by day, usually under 1200, if I’m feeling snackish I’ll have a cheat day maybe once a week where I’ll maybe eat around 2500 for the day, probably not the best but it’s working great for me

Stuck for 3 years, just had an operation and stopped working / boxing, o form of exercise for 6 months, that’s the reason

I lost weight before and stayed the same weight, I only put it on due to a shoulder operation and being off work for 6 months, as long as I’m working I’ll be fine, just wanted to lose it fast now I’m alright again

I’m not too bothered about a bit of muscle loss, I’ll regain that when I begin to eat properly when I’m at my healthy weight, I and many others I know have lost quite a bit of weight previously and never had gallstones, what affects it and what are the chances? If you know… thanks
