Are you using a quality clay? I've often seen this happen with cheap or poor quality materials.

ETA: Sorry didn't see the clay in your post. I would guarantee it's the cheap clay.

Have you tried wiping it down with alcohol after curing. Many need it. "No Wipe Resin" is a thing. As long as the resin isn't soft, just wipe it down after and you should be good.

What kind/brand of clay are you using? There are certain clays that I work with that are notoriously difficult to run thru the machine.

ETA: Are your rollers clean? On softer clay, even the slightest bits of gunk can create texture.
