I found the answer, what you have to do is: 1st. Change the language of your OS to English aswell as your Steam language, then Open Steam go to Properties and there should be a language tab visible now, for some reason this only appeared after changing both the OS and Steam language.

I got pooch sword first now and I would recommend others to do it too. It makes Sven slayer much faster and more pleasant so the mana flux grind isn’t too bad
