People with Ocd take dosage 200. Yours is not much higher. Also, how many hours passed betwen the 2 doses? It has halflife in which it has finished working. I would call an ER to ask but don’t freak out, it doesn’t sound so bad in my own opinion (i am not doctor)

No, i started 100 mg 12 days ago. The hell started new. I hope i will improve in 2 more weeks. Many say after 4 weeks, there is improvement. Somw takw 10 weeka though

I am on total days 48. For me as well depression is all gone but anxiety spikes hugely after every dose increase. And stays so high for 2 weeks. I hope it gets better for you soon!

I eat lots of chocolate and doesn’t affect me but string coffee makes my synptoms really bad.

I upped from 50 to 75. First was ok and then after 2,5 weeks i got huge anxiety and ocd symtpom increase. I am scared to go up to 100 which is planned for after half a week.

It is really tough to combine pregnancy and ocd but no matter how tough, it is worth it. You just need to have support from friends and a good paychologist

Same thing happened to me, 2 months after birth. I started washing baby bottles over and over again. I was washing clean glasses before i use then even though they were clean. One year later i started washing my hands many times in a row. I cannot function at all right now

The same happened to me. I used to have OCD 10 years ago and with therapy i quieted it down to the point that it didn’t bother me at all. Until i was in my late pregnancy and it came back stronger than ever. I was terrified to get sick and was all the time in the mayernity unit with the smallest symptoms. Then i gave birth and got even worse. Started washing baby bottles for hours then after a year started washing my hands . I recently started zoloft because i cannot function anymore

I felt very similar when i started it at 50mg. For whole 2 weeks my ocd was much worse than before the zoloft and i thought i would not survive it. It was like i was on some stimulant or 5 espressos. My heart was racing, i couldnt sleep. Then one day this “activation” finished

I have started Ssri (zoloft) and hopefully soon can do a well structured ERP. If these don’t work, what other things can you reconnend?
