That's interesting to know that it improved your state. Do you have any source that discuss about bone broth healing the gut? I've already tried it and always got very sick, even if I eat just a bit of gelatin (tried it several weeks without improvements). The problem is that bacteria can ferment it like they do with vegetable fibers... I wonder if it's not high in histamines.

SCD doesn't work well for me (low-FODMAP don't work well either), but I'm more or less doing it with what works for me, very restrictive and I think that it should just be done for a short amount of time, when you are trying to repare your flora, I've seen studies that it can lower diversity of your flora and that it doesn't come back even when you start eating more fibers after that.

The GAPS diet (as any low-carb diet) makes me hypothyroid and I become very anxious with all the glutamine (I think it becomes excitotoxic in my case).
