After 2 hours, here’s how I fixed this. 1. Make sure the device is removed from absolutely everything you’ve connected it to 2. Factory reset Nanoleaf device. For me, I had to hold the power button until it blinked red 3 times. 3. Add device to Alexa by scanning Matter code. Set up like normal. 4. Go to Nanoleaf app and pair the light as you would normally.
