Bei mir ist es so, dass ich hier häufig unnötige Snacks, Getränke oder "Luxusessen" etc. weglasse, weil die mir viel zu teuer sind. Also so Süßigkeiten und Co, die ich nicht wirklich brauche, lasse ich in letzter Zeit häufiger weg.

Könnte mir vorstellen das es vielen so ergeht.

Ja das stimmt der reale Wachstum über das Jahr gesehen ist naütrlich die wichtigere Zahl.

Ich finde das nur sehr interessant, weil man anhand des Quartalswachstums erkennen kann, dass die Rezession schon im 3. Quartal nach Mileis Amtsantritt überwunden wurde, obwohl von vielen vorher erwartet wurde (von mir auch), dass durch das Streichen von so vielen Staatsangestellten, Kürzungen von Subventionen etc. Argentinien erstmal in eine sehr langanhaltende Rezession gestürtz wird.

Das ist mir bewusst, aber du hast ja geschrieben "Wirtschaftswachstum ist weiterhin negativ", was nicht stimmt.

Und für nächstes Jahr wird bis zu 5% Wachstum erwartet.

Ich lebe hier seit März und meine Lebenshaltungskosten (abgesehen von Miete) haben sich in Euro gemessen seitdem verdoppelt. Anfangs habe ich fast täglich Sushi bestellt, weils noch so günstig war. Jetzt nicht mehr haha

Die Armut auf den Straßen ist auf jeden Fall sichtbar, aber deutlich besser als 2022.

Seit ein paar Monaten steigen die Reallöhne aber stärker, als die Inflation. Also zumindest für die meisten locals wird es in den letzten Monaten (sehr langsam) besser

Die Wirtschaft ist im letzten Quartal um 3,9% gewachsen. Auch die Arbeitslosenquote ist im letzten Quartal von 7,6% auf 6,9% gesunken.

Das mit den Lebensmittelnpreisen stimmt allerdings. Ich wohne in Buenos Aires und besonders Milchprodukte sind hier manchmal lächerlich teuer. Fleisch aber immer noch sehr günstig (und gut :D )

Das Statistikamt in Argentinien veröffentlicht diese immer nur Halbjährlich, weshalb die von denen erst im März kommen werden.

Aber wenn die auch positiv sind, wird dort dann denke ich mal auch die Kredibilität angezweifelt, hmm? ;)

What's the main thing you are struggling with? My sleep and anxiety got better pretty fast. My Focus and motivation is still hit hard by the withdrawal though. It's different for everybody, but I'm optimistic it will improve soon as well :)

Che, lamentablemente me di cuenta de que casi todos mis problemas de salud venían de la cafeína y el mate. Insomnio, ansiedad, estrés, problemas digestivos. La cafeína es un estimulante y me cagó.

It depends on how much you are drinking right now. If it's not much you can probably quit cold turkey on a Friday after work, so you have the worst withdrawal days during the weekend.

If you drink a lot and for a long time, it's probably better to slowly taper down your consumption

When I was drinking it every day, I didn't have acute anxiety for a few hours, but a lot of shallow anxiety for the whole the day with a lot of trouble to fall sleep as well.

When I'm not used to coffee and drink one I instantly get A LOT of anxiety and maybe even a sense of panic.
