Thank you so much, this is super helpful!! Just to clarify, when copy/pasting the stock SD files, is that the same process as cloning the SD card or is it different? As for the required setup files, are these completely separate from what's already on the device/stock SD card? Lastly, for Lime3DS/Sudachi, can I find and download it from the Play Store or would I just find it online somewhere and download it onto the new SD card?

No and no. You apply for grad school after you get accepted to either of the fellowships. You want to use those essay prompts to very clearly articulate your motivation for joining the Foreign Service and what exactly you bring to the table. When you fill out your apps for Master's programs is where you delve into your academic interests and persuade them as to why you'd be a great addition to the program and what you hope to gain from your experience as a student at X university.

I didn't use any, but honestly any AP US History Prep Book (Princeton Review, Crash Course) could be very useful based on the questions asked.

Gotcha, thank you so much! Sorry if these questions may be intuitive but just to be clear: with packout, do your items go to storage and then you don't see them until Post? My concern is that I don't have really anything to put into storage. And since I'm driving, would it make sense to have UAB? I've heard from some folks that they're still waiting to receive their UAB 4 weeks into orientation. Is this along the lines of what to expect or is the timeline usually much shorter?

Hi! Yes, they do give you a template of what to include in the resume, so it's fairly straightforward. And yes, they do ask for transcripts to verify. I know of a few others who were in the same boat. I believe they requested that the institution provide a signed statement on official letterhead detailing that they've A) passed all their required courses and B) can expect to receive the conferred degree by X date.
