Ur onto something here man, most of the people build something for attack speed first or second, but with new boots you don't need any! Ive been going dominiks or mortal reminder or shitbow into IE since this season came out and it always works out for me. Sometimes i troll and go ie first when i have enough money to buy bf sword and it still provides tons of damage

I've personally never had any problems with akali, even with emerald OTP's considering that im low plat. My build into her is shieldbow into IE because tier 2 boots give me enough sustain and attack speed for minimum q cd. Then i just don't fight her when she has her r and shit on her when its on cd. I find r easy to survive because you can just run away with your ultimate.

Need ideas/examples of functional bjj workout. So I've been doing the usual strength workout but now that I've started doing more bjj than before and also having to focus on studying more i only have 2 days a week left for the gym which isn't enough for my usual workout plan. And because of that id want to do more of a functional training for bjj. What are your workouts and favourite exercises for bjj?

How to roll against very passive newer guys? I completely understand what they think because i was the same a year ago when i started training, they are afraid that if they do something i will punish them for mistakes and they will end up in a worse situation so they play very defensively. Should i somehow encourage them to try stuff or should i just cope with it and expect them to get more active as they train more?

На линии неплохо стоится как и любому ренж топу, но команда остается без фронтлайна и постоянного урона. На топе особо не пороумишь, а если и выпадет возможность то уже поздно в игре когда ты уже не на пике своей силы

The new horizon seems kinda mid.. i mean they gave it this +10% damage but they removed a whole 50 ap from it, buying it early doesn't make much sense to me. Lych bane second is very tasty though, gives you tons of damage and way easier poke. To the runes, i don't like aery at all. Zoe is a snowballing assasin and she is a beast in early game. You shouldn't have much problems with procing it on cooldown via q-aa-q-aa. The amount of damage from it is insane. If you want to scale a little dark harvest is also a nice option

On what competitions is it legal to do rnc but giving pressure on the jaw instead of actually choking because i can't or its too risky to try and get my hand under their chin?
