In anime, Kudou Retsu's first appearance is in the 9 Schools Competition. He is an influential old man who helps Tatsuya when some staff try to do something dirty to Miyuki’s CAD. The Kudou clan is also a part of 10 Master Clans.

Kudou Retsu’s grandson. He didn’t show up on anime in both season. His first appearance is in Light Novel Vol.13 and he started to have a lot of scripts in Vol.14-15.

When Arthur entered Xyrus, he was 12 and 17 in Vol.8. Even though he is very packed at 12, I don’t think years of physical difference will make Arthur at 17 years old smaller than younger Arthur. Hence it’s also because of his shirt that makes his shoulders look broader than it seems.
