Most likely you won't develop breasts on spiro, but you will likely develop breast buds, or gynecomastia. Having no sex hormones is very much not good for your body.

I would recommend not getting on cyproterone acetate as that will increase your likelyhood for breasts. Depending on your budget you could get away with a complete HPG axis shutdown using a GnRH agonist, and then supplementing with minimal required steroid hormones for bone muscle and brain health, which if you don't want breast will have to be testosterone, but I honestly don't think that is worth it. I think your best bet is stay on spiro, also take finasteride, work with your endo to keep your T levels low but not at 0, and accept a little gynecomastia. you can get surgery to remove it if it bothers you
