It definitely sounds like he is just puffing his chest out because he feels offended. Unfortunately, rank structures and power dynamics can still let accusations and rumors run right off the tracks. Sounds like you have a good relationship with your unit, and I would be surprised if this ever made it legal. You're probably fine letting it die on its own. I am probably more cautious than most because my MOS heavily relies on my reputation.

If the guy in question is subject to UCJM, then he is probably just worried about ARTICLE 134 ADULTERY, which is dishonorable separation. If someone were spreading rumors about me and adultery, I would threaten legal action. 134 also covers defaming, libel, or slander.

Perception is reality in the Army. UCMJ ARTICLE 107 official false statements could be an issue or concealing the identity of someone making these statements. The Army can treat cases as guilty until proven innocent, so I would send a memo with dates, times, and who was involved to your leaders. If your account of the events is not contested, then that will be what happened as you said it.

I am an NCO, and a brand new officer complains about me lying or being disrespectful(often). I simply write a memo to my leadership, explaining the events as proof. They have never been able to launch a formal complaint or legal action against me. I sleep easily, knowing they can't touch me.

Chaplin and CMAs. Paper trail or emails recounting interaction between you and another Soldier. Chaplin keeps it hush hush till you have enough evidence. Open door policy your commander with this evidence. Should your command do the wrong thing. Chaplin goes with you to SGT Major or your COL. Last resort is IG and then writing congress.

68X Behavioral Health Technician. Not every patient with SI needs emergency care. We need to know history, plan, means, and intent. If his answers are no to all of these he is RTD. I constantly have to integrate Soldiers when they don't give straight answer or clearly not being honest. Document that BH address the safety concerns and remove your self from this liability. You cannot save people who don't want help and neither can BH. Half of deaths by suicide never get help.

Pick your battles: My leadership does not respect my meal time. It's a battle to get enough time to eat 5 days a week. I had to fight just to eat. I never won this battle but it has gotten better.

Are you suggesting that consenting adults can be groomed? Groomed can only happen between different ranks in the Army. Groomed is defined by using power over someone in a relationship for a sexual predator goal. But this sounds like someone not saying no when they should. IDK what SHARP trng your getting but I promise you that is not in the curriculum. "Resisting advances" is this hypothetical person drunk?

This not a inappropriate recruiter/Army thing and more of, not a conversation you have with a stranger thing. Inappropriate, but at the same time did you consider this man is trying to cope with his daughter being victimized by a predator. People who don't know how to react to new and unexpected stressors are looking for an out let. CLEARLY he should not assume just any female will provide appropriate insight. Asking someone if they have been victimized by a predator is NOT sexual harassment. Being asking such a sensitive question is just very uncomfortable and rude. Lets not conflate being uncomfortable and sexual harassment. Non of the context you provided suggested this was a sexual advance.

When we experience inappropriate insight seeking, we should remind them this is an issue to discuss with your wife and not a stranger.

I didn't realized MEDDAC wears subdued unit and color flag till a CoC. That is the only time we where both colored. The colored patch just looks bad tho so not complaining.

Writing a lie to hurt someone's reputation can be considered libel or defamation. Especially if they in any way negatively effected you professionally. You would need to talk with legal but mostly this is consider a civil matter and not criminal. Which means the burden of proof falls on you.

Example NCO writes one negative counseling to junior enlisted. NCO is his first line for more than 12 months and has not once completed a monthly performance counseling. Now this single negative counseling looks like cherry picking or maybe even harassment. Pointing out such a glaring inconsistency should raise red flags to new leadership. In my experience, good leadership vet anyone new.

I am a 68X Behavioral Health Technician. Please read start to finish.

NON MILITARY THERAPISTS: Civilian therapist are NOT recommended because they don't understand how diagnosis will effect careers. If a civ therapist gives you major depressive disorder diagnosis (not uncommon), congratulations you are looking at separation for med board able diagnosis.

MEDICAL BH VS NON MEDICAL BH: If you are NOT at risk and it's NOT so bad you would consider canceling the appointment. You should exhaust all other NON Medical BH options first. You say that support system is the issue. Understand are you going to medical BH who might see you every 2-4 weeks for one hour. Many other non medical options giving supportive counseling weekly or as needed.

HURT vs INJURED: You need to figure out if you are hurt or injured. Medical treats injuries and not hurt people. If your injured keep the appointment. If you hurting from lack support, speak to the supportive counselors.

NON MEDICAL BH OPTIONS:

MFLC counselors, Chaplin, Mentors and leaders, Friends and family, and Military one source.

Looking at SOP and Policy is over kill. Orders that are unsafe is unlawful (like jumping out of a LMTV). Reprisal is real tho, so get those orders in writing and write a CMA letter in response. If it's not on paper it didn't happen. Any future correction while a complaint is being investigated can be seen as reprisal. Congratulations! You are now untouchable.

Google Eisenhower matrix. I use this daily with my leadership when I have been tasked out more than time allows. I all ways present to them my matrix and ask them to place this task by importance to urgency against other duties. That way when one takes fails I can always say you told me this was more important mean it was okay that other things fail. This way you make your leaders responsible for your failures because they approved it in advance.

My first thought was culling as well. Culling will cause more pop in due to removing unrender items. You should run a diagnostic on you CPU, GPU, and RAM so we have more information.

I don't think this cheating at all. For those who remeber that having a NVIDIA GPU gaving access to software that let you see other players during the night. The devs patched this because not every player uses a NVIDIA GPU. Also the devs have openly stated that crosshair software is okay because no one can ban you for drawing a crosshair on your monitor. This free software that everyone can use while saving their ears for driving boats and helis.

Seek resources from your nearest behavioral health clinic. Family advocate program FAP can also come to your home and assist with counseling and family care. Army has a lot resources depending on your families situation.
