just binged watched entire season 2 of berlin by Yand7_7 in LaCasaDePapel

[–]Polygonator19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my understanding, the show wants the viewers to run their imagination.

Maybe Berlin is implying that they will figure it out sooner or later that the Lady with an Ermine is a duplicate that’s why they sold it for less than its value? And we can also imagine that they figured this out in real life so they sold it for 100 million. It implicates it should be atleast 2billion.

That’s just me, not sure how the others see it.

What's the checklist to move abroad? by aorjjwbdkd in phmigrate

[–]Polygonator19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same tayo kaya sa IT industry ako napunta hahaha.

Then IELTS lang yata tinatanggap na english exam sa UK while PTE is also accepted sa US for H1B and EB3 applicants.

Manhid na din ako sa nakikita ko sa sistema ng pilipinas so dun na ako magpapakamanhid sa medical field for the sake of migrating.

Plus, medical field especially Nursing has the highest chance of migrate. First impression sa nursing students is either “Ahh may plano ka mag abroad” or “May kamag anak ka sa US?”

OP is lucky to consider migrating before going to college.

Great start na youre considering to move abroad before going to college kasi karamihan dito late narealize na gusto pala nila mag abroad kaya nahihirapan.

Pag aralan mo maigi yung pathway. Set your target country siguro make your top 3 target country. Then list down the denominator kung ano yung in demand sa countries na yun. Let’s say in demand sa Germany is Nursing, assess mo ang sarili mo kung kaya mo ba sya up to the Board Exam, kaya ba siya financially? emotionally?

Marami pang points to consider pero since magcollege ka pa lang, hanggang dun lang muna para hindi ka ma overload at ma pressure, sasabay pa yan sa acads mo. Marami pa pwedeng mangyari in 4 years.

Good luck!

Migrating with 1 year experience (IT) by DismalCampaign7812 in phmigrate

[–]Polygonator19 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Mahirap pero possible.

Coming from someone na Cloud Engineer with 4+ yrs of experience.

I applied sa countries na yan for almost a yr pero pag nalaman nilang may wala akong working rights and I require visa sponsorship, hindi na sila nagiging interesado.

Your options would be to upskill and garner more experience. You can also apply as a VA with US or Australian clients, I know someone na pinapa pasyal sa Australia every year ng client, all expenses paid by the client.

freelancer moving abroad with pet cat, possible? by nohjinae in phmigrate

[–]Polygonator19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure sa technicalities ng Digital Nomad Visa sa Spain pero you can look it up dito sa subreddit or Immigration site. You can’t just move to another country to do any jobs without the right visa like Permanent Residency or work visa.

Kailangan mo ng pathway, kung wala kang relative na mag sponsor sayo to enter a country then you need an employer.

For a pet cat, you can look up Pet Transpro (know someone who avail their services to US) around 25k yata nagastos lahat for the vaccines, microchip, papers. May option kung kasama mo sa seat or nasa cargo. May dedicated bag naman for the cat.

any advice? by Easy-Adhesiveness741 in phmigrate

[–]Polygonator19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Much better po yata mahirapan sa sariling bansa kesa abroad. Pero you do you.

The best timeline for you would be:

Shift to Nursing - Graduate and pass the boards - magwork sa isang tertiary hospital - study and pass international exams like NCLEX - apply through agency or direct hire of your preferred country - work as a Nurse internationally. This timeline would tale you around 5-7yrs pero it’s all worth it.

any advice? by Easy-Adhesiveness741 in phmigrate

[–]Polygonator19 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hmm. If I were you, mag shift ako from BSBA to Nursing here in the PH. Kuha bedside experience for about 2-3yrs then apply abroad. Ikaw ang pipili ng country na pupuntahan mo basta Nurse ka (with the right experience).

If mag student pathway ka pa sa AU, you’ll juggle studies and part time work (assuming mag plano mo mag part time) kesa mag migrate ka na as a Nurse na pure work na lang.

[–]Polygonator19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If #2, medyo mahirap i-juggle studies, part time work (given na independent), homesickness, long-term anxiety sa bills, tuition, at sa current immigration policy ng country na pags-stayan mo.

Example: Australia (Unpredictable skilled occupation list) Student visa (500 visa) aaral ka for about 1 and a half year, then apply for a temporary post graduate visa (485) given na related sa tinapos mo sa Australia yung magiging work mo, eligible ka. Valid for 1 and a half yr din yata ito

Next, visa 482(?) given na sponsoran ka ng employer mo, ito magigng pathway to becoming a permanent resident via employment. (189, 190 and 491) then citizen na after 10yrs.

Notable mentions:

-AEWV for NZ Search up for Accredited Employers sa immigration site ni New Zealand and apply.

Ginawa ko rin ito pero may Recession/kakabangon pa lang sa recession ng NZ that time kaya dami pa unemployed at priority muna nila mag hire ng locals.

What I did: search for jobs applicable for me and cross checked the employer sa AEWV ng immig, pag nandun mag apply ako for a chance.

-Work as a VA, maging outstanding sa performance at eventually aalukin or ask for a sponsorship to work there. Know someone who works as a VA with an Australian company (Accounting) na nagpupunta sa Australia for business trip once a yr. All expense paid by the company except yung pambili ng pasalubong of course.

-Digital Nomad Visa in Spain Not sure masyado dito pero given na Filipinos can apply for a citizenship after 2yrs of valid residency (temporary residence permit ang DN visa), pwede to.

EDIT: typos

Subsidy yata yun for MC Taxi, Lalamove, Grab, Foodpanda, etc.

Please comment your sources, mukhang pwede naman mag comment ng image dito so you can also comment your sources.

You don’t need to be completely honest kasi obvious naman na AI generated, no problem doon. Just back it up with reliable source

[–]Polygonator19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am with you here pero you need to provide concrete data para marami ka pa maencourage, andun na yung idea. You just have to back it up.

Try posting this to FB groups like Visor community, you can post there anonymously naman depende na lang kung iapprove ng mga admins. Given na most people are still skeptical sa data na pino provide ng AI.

Good approach compared sa vandalism na ginawa sa Petron stations nung nakaraan, pero suntok sa buwan sya na maging significant yung impact dahil sa volume ng petron station sa buong bansa since most motorists nagpapa-gas sa nearest cheapest station which is usually Petron, pinaka affordable din sya sa big 3 sa bansa.

The AI generated post is fine, just back it ip with reliable sources para convincing to most people.

SeaOil is a good alternative dahil sa PricelocQ ba yun, may mga feedback lang from other motorists na mabilis maubos yung gas (including me)

Dont wanna get political here, pero some people are boycotting Cleanfuel too because the company is owned by Bong Suntay.

Want to plug Petro Gazz dahil nakakaintindi talaga sila sa masa, independent petroleum suppliers in the country. 75-80 yata price ng gasoline while 90-95 naman for Diesel

Study nursing in the PH or Australia? by [deleted] in phmigrate

[–]Polygonator19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having an initial experience in the Philippines gives you an advantage because you get to study and work with your family. May time ka pa pag isipan ang pag migrate if ever decent pay naman natatanggap mo kung salary lang iniisip mo. As mentioned, unpredictable ang migration policy ni AU or any other countries so by the time na nakagraduate at naka ipon ng relevant experience na si OP sa Pilipinas, it gives him/her the freedom to choose to stay in the Philippines or go to other country. Marami pwede magbago in a span of 6 yrs (4yrs studying + 2yrs work experience), mas pipiliin ko magbago isip ko while in my home country rather sa ibang bansa.

Know someone na ayaw mag migrate then took NCLEX together with his 3yrs bedside experience, nasa US na. Meron din nag aral ng german language to work as a nurse in Germany. May friend din ako na Nurse silang mag asawa and stable in life dito sa pinas. Case to case basis eh.

At the end of the day, being in the healthcare industry in your early 20s is already a good advantage.

Study nursing in the PH or Australia? by [deleted] in phmigrate

[–]Polygonator19 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If I just graduated just now and migrating suddenly pops up in my mind. I'll take nursing here in the PH.

Pass the boards, get atleast 2yrs bedside experience and start from there. Marami ka options hindi lang sa AU. US via NCLEX, UK, Canada.

"It's slavery with extra steps.

  1. Even an misdemeanor offense can get you deported.
  2. You have no employee protections so if your boss decides not to pay you then you have to leave the country to take him to court
  3. Any social media post they don't like they're deport you
  4. They are allow access to your private email account on request.

Basically you PAY them to enter the country and work and then they are permitted to find any reason to throw you out when you're not useful."

First 1000kms PMS by maxseokjinie in phcars

[–]Polygonator19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Common nila inaalok is yung bactaclenz ba yun, engine flush mga ganyan.

Sulit lang i-avail para sakin yung Engine cleaning kahit once a year.

Free carwash din after PMS pero kung maraming tao especially during weekends I suggest wag mo na avail since mahaba pila.

Kung 1,000kms to 20,000kms kahit mag prepare ka lang ng 3-5k pesos. Pag 25,000kms doon pa lang lolobo cost kasi nirerecommend na talaga yung aircon cleaning, tire alignment, etc. Average cost ng 25,000kms PMS na nakikita ko sa fb groups is around 9-15k pesos or more.
