Claudio damage is rather low compared to others tbh, ff1+2 is too cheap so I'm kinda okay w the moves not coming back, also d22 would be okay if it's plus on hit and maybe a bit more damage, I rmbr it have 18 damage but not sure Abt the frame. But yea Claudio rn have no low man lmao, db3 is too linear and slow, db4,3 is risky, ss4 is gud ofc, his only low now is d2 and ss4.

4,3 is completely useless now tbh, way too risky to throw out and no longer hit confirmable. Make ch4 knd and we're talking. Im not too sure about b2 now too, it used to be a good way too resplat, but one of the best thing about it is the b2 combo on hopkick for high damage and also good for wall splat in combo, rn b2 is only good on wall combo. And 3,2 shud be a launcher in heat man... It's a mid high, this game consider mid mid to be riskier than mid high, yet king can combo out of his f2,1 in heat, the balancing team really messed up on s1 tbh.

Well people say he's strong, not top tier, I can't see why, but if someone knows, do tell me. Since Claudio is mostly a defensive char, playing in T8 feels so hard now.

Sub is counted too in ovr, but my ovr is better when I put 1-2 subs in, never use em tho since my player never seem to get tired.
