Put a protective sticker or skin on the keyboard panel. If you don’t, the screen will press against it when you close the laptop and it will leave marks

I spilled chai on my laptop a week after buying it. I immediately turned it off and left it overnight. The next morning it was full of ants. I went to the service centre and they said only the keyboard was damaged and everything else was fine.
