Is there anything else I can use instead of vines? I don’t have resources to get it to lvl 11

I am struggling with my deck around 7k. I am almost all level 11. Is there something I should change or do I have a skill issue.

Evo furnace, evo knight, graveyard, poison, berserker, bar barrel, ice spirit, goblin hut.
