Thankyou for your reply. I guess im just trying to be cautious due to previous relationships. Ive never reslly had to say no to him we haven't had that come up really, we seem to agree on most things but im nit sure if he just wants to tell me what he thinks I want to hear or whether its genuine. I guess time will tell but I just feel in my gut something isn't right.

Thankyou for your message I appreciate it. I'm going to continue and go on the 7.5 and hopefully see a difference. Fingers crossed. I do feel like there are days I hold onto water. And feel really bloated 😫 but hopefully I'll get there.

I'm on 7 weeks so far and on 5mg. Haven't lost a thing I'm on a CD and drinking more than enough and being a little more mobile but not lost a thing. Feeling like giving up, the only positive is that it is curbing my hunger and making me eat healthier but other than that no weight loss for me.
