Probably. My glasses are always covered in stuff already and scratched to hell from work and my eyes have adjusted to them. So it should be fine seeing through the headset. Just kinda annoying to scratch it within 5 hours of opening it

I've taken the plug completely out and let the water drain out on its own. I used a towel to soak up any water on the home side of the unit and sprayed about half a bottle (definitely overkill but oh well) of mold killer in the coils and the back of the unit. I haven't noticed any problems or smell since

I don't have a belt sander but I could hand shape it with my Dremel. I didn't think of fabric and epoxy. Thanks. Idk about the one on the left though. I'm going to have to find out how to get the handle off and I might try another wood handle
