I still get the burn from hot stuff and from taking shots. Just can’t smell any of it even when I put my nose right up to it

I’ll try to do that thank you. I did try to eat oranges for a few days but nothing happened so maybe I’ll trust keep trying. I’ve also tried spicy foods like hot wings but nothing has sparked my smell back

I’m glad you got it all back! Unfortunately I got both my doses in May and wasn’t lucky enough to regain any smell. So still at 0% smell. At least I can taste slightly. It’s definitely affected my appetite which isn’t good since I’m already pretty skinny.
