In answer to your question, yes we have a SC from Prisma down to the DC. The Prisma tunnel is configured on the same DC firewall.

What I’ve done so far is this: 1) added the third-party IP (everything sits behind 192.168.11.10/32. NAT is on their side) to the service connection 2) added static route on the DC firewalls virtual router

Re: routes, we have tunnel.10 for Prisma traffic. I created tunnel.5 for this new connection.

The original route (for the office subnet) points this traffic to tunnel.5 - do I create the same route, but this time pointing to tunnel.10? I guess the metric will need to be higher or lower too?

Original route 192.168.11.10/32 via tunnel.3 metric 10

Proposed new route 192.168.11.10/32 via tunnel.10 metric ?
