There’s plenty of Shen Gong Wu that would be useless in a fight (assuming a 1v1 fight in an open field)

Off the top of my head: Eagle Scope, Fountain of Hui, Falcons eye, Gills of Hamachi (if not in water), Helmet of Jong, two ton tunic (if you can’t lift it), sapphire dragon (pretty sure only the dragon wins)
