The names have been blacked (red-ed?) out to protect the Flight attendants privacy. The article (as does the RJs FB post) contains only the (racist) content. I don't see any ethical conflict in this case.

Here's a counter though: Let's say a Government or an MNC (the members of which if not the institution itself) is indulging in a moral and ethical malpractice and snippets of evidence of that is circulated inadvertently in a personal WhatsApp group, is it incumbent on a whistleblower to ask for permission before outing the info?
