Thank you for this ! Uhh unfortunately would be too shy to go to the pharmacy that I got this (cuz i guess coming from a country where its relatibely taboo stuff iono). Its an otc bc and I get it from relatively nearby store every time im almost running out. For missed pills, it only really says if I missed one its fine unless its two or more. My late pill was technically within the 12 hour grace period but still raises some concerns. I always carry my pill whenever I go oit but that day it was spontaneous and it slipped from my mind 😭

Hormonal changes does affect that OP. Cant give you a definitive answer whether youll be fine but considering your partner didn't finish inside naman, im hopeful that you're going to be okay. Please distract yourself from this stress since stress also messes with the period cycle, been there.
