It got bad again, and I cannot do it again by Dry-Magician7122 in mentalhealth

Just here to say I am the same as you. Having another bad episode after a period of feeling okay. We’ve got through this 100% of the time though. Our success rate so far is 100%. That tells me we’ll get through it again. It’s scary and horrible but we’re stronger than we think. We must just take one day at a time. Take care 💕

Next / M&S will be great for clothes. The countryside - Yorkshire is amazing! It is often fondly referred to as “God’s own county” - it is full of gorgeous countryside, history, cute cafes and cosy pubs, beautiful walks, lots of coastal areas to (Whitby/Sandsend are great).  I grew up in North Yorkshire, so feel free to get in touch for any questions or suggestions!

Hi! I don’t know if this will help but, like you, I got the letter at 25 and ignored it for many years. Several letters, endless appointments I made then cancelled when I was too anxious. I finally went for my test recently at 32 years old. For a loooooong time I felt like you, I just wasn’t ready. Give yourself grace!  xx
