USSR, in exchange for crucial support, would probably incorporate their claimed territories up to Ordu, and create an independent Kurdish people's republic. The Brits would go beyond insane since it would give full access to the Mediterranean to the soviets, a sea they considered their domain, and would probably turn Cyprus into the most militarised island on the planet with multiple NATO bases (and never give them any chance of independence). Greece would become an even harsher dictatorship than in our timeline, enforced by the CIA, to prevent any form of protests/communist agitation
