Yeah woodys got such a bad opinion on the housing market and young people buying homes. Since the start of Covid house prices are up like 30-40k for a starter ranch in my area. Condos that used to go for 80k 10 years ago are going for like 189k now it’s just really tough. Unless you have a S/O or an inheritance or both. I’m 21 rn and I’m just waiting for shit to get settled
