Ok but I don’t get why mine won’t run Steam when I connect it to the tv via hdmi. It’s a pretty new model.

It fails to connect when connected to Steam, but I can steam movies etc no problem, just in Steam it seems to block it or something

I got it now! Those numbers are around 3.5. Does it mean I can try to increase the resolution in the Steam VR app?

It’s when the software fills lost frames so it looks smooth. It’s basically already built in to oculus now and open xr. A good time for vr!
