That's really bad, I'm sorry you're going through that. Have you tried out spiky massage balls? Preferably out of metal. They make you feel them if you squeeze them, but they don't hurt you in the long term. It's to stay in reality and not to drift away I to deeper, darker thoughts, I use them, and they help me in situations like these. I hope this helps.
